Leadership styles have a critical implication on the performance of jobs at the place of work. When leaders apply strategies that align well with stakeholders, they are likely to yield more for the business. On the negative side, when leaders fail to understand the leadership needs in an organization, employees are likely to display a lack of job satisfaction, leading to poor performance. However, as noted t Judge and Piccolo (2001), balancing the two situations is not easy. Charismatic leaders, for example, are very appealing and 'political' in attracting people to following their point of view.
