Capital punishment policies have significant moral, political, economic, and legal impacts. Morally corporal punishment is unjustified because it violates ethics and human rights. Loewy (2018) commented that sometimes innocent people are inflicted with pain and deprived of their right to live. Economically resources are wasted to perpetuate capital punishment. Limited funds that could be used to prevent crime by creating jobs and educating people are utilized spend on punishment.
