Diversity is increasingly unavoidable in the business world today. Companies that adopt variety have high chances of success due to their ability to pool expertise, human resource capital, and an interaction required to create a well-focused workforce. My first experience with workplace diversity was during a social work voluntary exercise that I partook in over the last 10 months. One key aspect of diversity was on education differences. Many people I worked with were highly educated, many had their master’s degrees, and their work ethics were very good. They did not look down upon the less educated participants. My workplace diversity experience was great, with some minor shortcomings during communication and general interaction due to cultural differences.
