The image appears to have a moderately smooth texture and a color resembling that of the cabinet. The feminist artwork is intended to show the perceived role of women in the community. The image can be interpreted as the exact position of women; between sheets and on the shelf' and their persistence to come out of the closet.

Human services professionals can better respect patient’s self-determination by explaining to them advantages and disadvantages of the course of action which they decide to take. The article suggests that professionals should encourage youths to rely on social support in making their decisions and desires to improve interaction. Also, human services professionals can better respect decisions by the clients through consultation with other family members and giving their clients time to evaluate their choices and know what they want with their lives. Youths no longer want to be controlled and wish to be treated in a fair and non-judgmental way; therefore, human service professions can respect this self-determination by treating youth in foster care the same as other people in the community. Human services professionals can also enhance respect for clients’ self-determination by incorporating the voice of the population of interest. Finally, to ensure the self-determination by the youth formerly under the foster care does not affect their lives negatively, professionals consult with other stakeholders such as guardians to keep the youths on track.
