Slowly progressive Parkinson's Disease
(PD) is characterized by resting tremor, rigidity, slowness, and reduced
mobility and walking capacity (bradykinesia) and is common in advanced stages.

Synuclein is found in the neurons and the
oligodendoplasmic inclusions associated with glial cells to form Lewy bodies. Parkinson's disease
pathology is characterized by the presence of Lewy bodies in the substantial
nigrostriatal pathway plexus. But also tends to concentrate in the dorsal vagal
motor nucleus, the Meynert basal nucleus, the hypothalamus, the neocortex, and
the sympathetic ganglia. Lewy bodies appear gradually, and experts suspect that
it occurs at a late stage of Parkinson's
syndrome. These diseases, often known as Lewy body disease, include subtypes of
Parkinson's Disease,
diffuse Lewy body disease, and multi-system atrophy. Autonomic instability and
