What the research is about
After
reading the title of the article, I speculate that the study will focus on
investigating the behaviors exhibited by students during drink parties. I feel
that the authors will present the differences in the behaviors displayed during
such parties based on the status of the students, for example, the party
attendee and the host. Besides, I believe that the research will investigate
the influence of the party-location on the party related behavior of both party
attendees and hosts.
Dependent variables
The
authors are exploring how the behavior displayed by college students during
drink parties is influenced by the difference in the hosts-status and party
location. Therefore, the dependent variable is the party drinking-related behavior
exhibited by the college students while the independent variables include the
party-location and host status.
