Interview* as many members of your family as possible (and separately) about their views and perceptions of you. See if thematic frames arise to categorize your personality, abilities, and place in the family (for example, your relatives tell you that you have always been the hard worker, be it in sports, in school, or in the home). In one-page (250-300 words) and in your own words number and answer all these questions:

1.    How did that frame come into existence?

2.    How does the frame make you feel about yourself?

3.    Do you agree with it?

4.    What have you done to reinforce the frame, or to overcome it?

5.    What would it take to change the frame, assuming you wished to do so?
