McDonald's is among the multinational restaurants operating in fast-food chains, known for its hamburgers. Two brothers Maurice and Richard McDonald's, initiated McDonald's in 1940 and headquartered in Chicago in the United States of America. Initially, the business establishment offered a wide variety of products (McDonald's, 2019).  However, in 1948, the brothers decided to revamp the entity, and they reopened it newly envisioned McDonald after remaining shut for a three-month renovation. The small food chain was selected to offer large quantities of foods at low prices. The brothers managed to provide high quality and quantity foods at low prices by working with a limited menu. The menu only featured potato chips, hamburgers, drinks and pie. They also created a simple service counter –speeches service system (SSS). SSS comprised a self-service counter that eliminated the need for waiters and waitress and clients received their services quickly since hamburgers were cooked ahead of time, wrapped and warmed under heat lamps.
