Socialization skill: My first strength in this skill is that I can easily get involved in an interacting with people I have met for the first time. My ability to interact with strangers gives me an upper hand in learning more about people’s cultures and their way of life.

Areas of Improvement: Describe areas of improvement in this skill.

I want to improve my ability to make long-term professional friends.  Have a problem creating long-term attachment with people, and this is the area of my socialization that I want to improve. I also want to improve my perception of other people that I engage in socialization.

In this skill development plan, I want to be able to create long-term friends both at school in social circles. These friends will play key role in my career growth. I also want to be able to have tolerance and perceive people positively.
