What strategies and tactics would you recommend for various audiences in your example?

In an instance where controlled communication is desired, various audiences need to treat information with confidentially and strive to understand it before acting. In a controlled communication, information is set for specific recipients; therefore, it cannot be broadcasted through technological means such as Facebook, Twitter, among others (Turaga, 2019). Intended respondents have a duty to ensure in information shared with them remain as such, without being pass on to others without due authorization. Second, under controlled communication, audiences must strive to understand, mainly because such information is normally essential in the performance of jobs under different level of management in an organization. Understanding controlled communication is essential in ensuring all intended parties understand the bottom line of what the management was aiming to communicate. This way, this better understanding helps in booting process and job performance.
