Visual art becomes a very important element in the design of architectural structures, in Ch 14-16.  Choose one building covered in any of these three chapters.  Discuss how visual/decorative art is incorporated into architecture to convey a message or to communicate the purpose of that structure.  Also discuss any outside influences (from other cultures) which may be visible in the structure that you've chosen.  Write 2-3 paragraphs.
