Triangle Shirtwaist Fire

Triangle Shirtwaist Fire was an unprecedented event that led to the loss of 146 lives and serval injuries in 1911. If I were the factory supervisor, there are many things I would have done to evade such an event. First, I would have ensured every employee is trained in response mechanism in case they experience an instance of a fire or other related risks. Training plays the role of ensuring employee know how to deal with life-threatening instances like the occurrence of fire. Secondly, I would have ensured safety mechanism, such as fire hydrants, exits, and other support systems are put in place and well labelled to aid my employees in case of a fire incidence.
