Create a training framework for a job you find via a job search site such as Indeed.com or Linkedin. ,  include an essay with the framework table that demonstrates that you utilized HR concepts  to complete the framework.  Suggestions for the essay content include topics such as how you determined the budget, what options did you decide not to use in a category and what was the reasoning for selecting the options in each part of the framework that you selected.   Instructions: Submit a word document with a table showing the framework and the possible training plan for each item that can be noted in the accompanying essay noted in the assignment notes. EXAMPLE TRAINING FRAMEWORK AND PLANS: Needs Assessment, Delivery Mode, Delivery style, Audience, Goals and Learning Objectives, Timeline, Communication, Measurement Method.
