Theoretical model: Are Eggs Bad for Your Heart Health? Maybe

Eggs are among the most nutritious foods and a vital source of nutrient cholesterol. Diet experts have different opinions about the health value of eggs. For some, they are necessary for human wellbeing, despite the high cholesterol levels. Others believe they are harmful. Some studies reveal that egg consumption increases the risks of heart diseases. While other research shows that eating eggs does not influence cardiovascular ailments factors. Consequently, whether egg consumption or saturated fatty acid affects a healthy heart remains highly controversial.

A new analysis addresses this debate, and concludes that eggs increase the dangers of heart diseases. Dr. Norrina Allen and her colleagues use a correlation model to explain the association between egg consumption and cardiovascular ailments. This study uses a more comprehensive approach than previous evaluations to support its findings. As a result, it discovers that the available data makes significant claims that eggs and cholesterol intake affects a healthy heart.

To support the model, Allen and other experts utilize data from other prospective readings that involve more than 30,000 participants. The new analysis determines that the daily intake of 300 milligrams of cholesterol increases the risks of heart complications by over 17%.
