Who is the native to the tourist, who is the tourist to the native? What are the ways that tourists misunderstand natives and natives misunderstand tourists?   If you were to give advice to a tourist before visiting a different culture, what advice would you give?  When does one take up the aspect of a tourist beyond the traditional model of traveler?  When does one take up the aspect of “native” beyond the traditional model of dweller?
