Even though formal channels of correspondence present and all-around grew like messages, notice sheets among different assets, problematic advances mold how data is shared. In regular collaborations, individuals are continually hoping to have a positive encounter among those they cooperate with. As indicated by the Social Exchange hypothesis, with every association an individual has with another, that individual endeavors to expand the positive results and limit the negative. This paper's motivation is to apply the Social Exchange hypothesis to a genuine, credible circumstance to best show the hypothesis and the key ideas that it holds (Cropanzano & Mitchell, 2005).

Individuals continually assess their relationship's prizes and expenses just as the prizes and expenses of connection with another person. Rewards and expenses can be unmistakable, like cash or endowments, or mental, like social help or scholarly incitement (Unger & Johnson, 1995). As per Unger and Johnson, "if the award/cost balance is more positive than that of other possible connections, the individual will stay in the relationship, if the expenses exceed the prizes and an elective relationship with more ideal results is accessible, the individual will leave the current relationship for the other option". However, each prize and cost are distinctive to every person.

People who enjoy playing online or watching sports can be seen as expensive by people who practice. Rewards in a partnership are of the highest quality. For instance, their happiness, loyalty, and mutual understanding are considered rewarding over a couple of days. The theory of social exchange says that "people calculate value-based and rewarded relations." Since people need to communicate with them for some time, time can be regarded as expensive.
