do a research on the role of budgets in planning, controlling and decision making in business organizations.   Research should consist of two parts: The first part is to write a paper that discusses the role of budgets in planning, control and decision making. This part should include, but not limited to: Definition of budgets and clarification of types and the importance of their role in companies. In addition, you need to explain how to prepare them and how they can be used in the process of planning, control and management decisions. The research could also address the differences between the preparation of budgets in business organizations and government units in the State of Qatar. Research should use at least 5 references, the references should be cited in the research, as plagiarism will be checked using software programs.   The second part: represents the practical side by selecting any real or virtual company and preparing the estimated operational budgets for the next year 2021 divided into quarters of the year. The budgets include sales, production, raw materials, and cash budgets. In addition, assume new investment (expansions in the company or purchase of new equipment) over the next five years, and evaluate this project using the methods that you have studied and make your recommendations on the acceptance of this project or not.
