"Factors affecting the implementation of management systems in authoritarian regimes" is the working title of this research proposal. As a working title, it summarizes the main ideas of the proposed study (Gates et al., 2014).

Problem statement

            Despite the stipulated guidelines for proper implementation of management systems, the exercise is not done appropriately authoritarian leaders. The implementation of management systems process if affected by severe bottlenecks hence the integration of these systems has been very dismal.

Significance of study
