Respect is one of life's essential qualities that human beings can learn from their environment. It culminates in a resourceful interaction between people in close contact. The philosophy of respect implies to qualities and traits that one has when dealing with other organizational participants. According to Sekerka and Yacobian (2019), the philosophy has a broader concept; not only how people treat each other, but also how one depicts dignity and appreciation to colleagues.
