Instructions The research paper is to be written in a word doc and to adhere to APA format with regards to cover page, in text citations, at least 4 scholarly references and a page count of 6-8 pages, size 12 font. The cover page and reference page do not count towards the content 6-8 pages. The research paper can be submitted at any time before the close of the course.  Select a topic and create an outline. You can use numerical or alphabetical format so it is easy to stick to. If you are a visual learner, you could also create an organizational web chart. (submitted in Module 5). Select one of the following topics or create your own topic, expand upon it, change it, use it as a guide, or create your own topic.
