Task 1: Interviewing a Food Service Employee Visit a dining establishment (it could be your school cafeteria) and request and conduct a brief interview (about 10–15 minutes) of one of the employees. Ask questions related to the employee’s job and the food service industry, and take notes of the responses. You may audio record the employee’s responses, but only after obtaining the employee’s permission. Write down the questions you asked and the employee’s responses. Write a brief report focusing on the leader’s personality traits and career accomplishments.
