In a maximum 2 - page paper, a) Compare and Contrast The Four Keys of the Wisdom of Great Managers contained in First, Break All the Rules What the World's Greatest Managers Do Differently with Kotter and Goldratt's theories regarding organizational change and improving employee engagement; b) explain to what extent if any, of the principles articulated in First, Break All the Rules have been regarded as successful, failed or have had a neutral effect on improving an employee engagement and organizational outcomes; and c) based on the four strengths domains (Executing, Influencing, Relationship Building and Strategic Thinking), conduct a self-evaluation using The Strengths Domains found on pp. 284 -289 in First Break All The Rules. Identify your assets and areas needing improvement and include as part of the 2 page paper at least a maximum 1-page analysis of your current talent inventory and how you wish to sustain and/or upgrade you inventory during the MBA program – be specific. Remember to: a) use the Assignment Template found in the Files section of the Canvas course portal; b) include a maximum 150-word executive summary – the executive summary should completely summarize the paper such that the reader would not have to read the entire paper to understand it – do not merely state what you will write about in the paper; c) cite references in the text of the paper and on separate reference page following APA 6 formatting protocols; d) the title page, executive summary and reference page/s do not count toward the total assignment page requirement.
