Hello I need a research proposal for my dissertation discussing "Racism, Reparations and White Supremacy. A Comprehensive Analysis Discussing Artist Ice Cube's Contract for Black America" . This proposal needs to address the current issues stemming from White Supremacy in the Black Community and why Ice Cube felt the need to address this issue with a contract for the American Government. My methodology will be Phenomenological Study, utilizing Qualitative Data.
