The study's overall objective was to investigate how service supply chain management under different performance dimensions affects the output of the supply chain function. To accomplish this objective, the authors used the Fuzzy-AHP methodology. This method is concerned with integrating the concept of fuzzy set theory to incorporate ideas from both qualitative and quantitative data collected from hotels used in the survey. The outcome of the study revealed that supply chain practices directly correlate with the functions of a business. Additionally, the survey outcome proves that a business must align its customer services practices with supply chain activities for it to be at the top of the market. The article concludes that service provision is very important for supply chain performance in any business.

The objective of this article was to prove that managerial decisions are key to the implementation of an effective Supply Chain Finance (SCF) model. To fulfil this objective, the article utilized secondary review of existing evidence-based scholarly journals. The methodology used in this article was classified into two parts; first, search using library databases. Second, all identified and referenced materials were clustered to identify the level of relevance to the study. The study settled on using 226 articles from empirical reviews published between 2000 and 2014. The result of the literature review revealed that supply chain finance plays a key role in decision making within an organization. The more effective the decisions made, the higher the chances of a reliable supply chain and finance model.
