The topic of this paper is Stress and Coping. The paper needs to address a personal issue of mine that needs to have a nursing diagnosis and a nursing plan using NANDA. My nursing diagnosis is "Readiness for Smoking Cessation and Readiness to Manage Stress." The NANDA website and 'Nursing Care Plans 9th edition' by Gulanick and Myers are two of the three sources to be used.
