Stress and Coping Summary and Analysis

INSTRUCTIONS:

Referring back to your first written assignment and using your daily logs and the reflections you have shared in discussions throughout the course, write a paper analyzing your own stress and coping since the beginning of the term.  Three Steps: 1) Identify: the primary stress-producing areas of your life, your main coping challenges (i.e. areas in which you need to improve coping skills), the strategies you have practiced, and which of those strategies worked well and why. 2) Draw conclusions and support them by referring specifically to course material as well as at least three scholarly sources link opens in new window from outside the course.  3) Then, develop a plan for continued stress management: set one long-term stress reduction goal and at least two short-term goals that will support the long-term goal.
