See attached example paper  Completed Strategic Papers should be 10-12 pages in length (in addition to the Cover Page, Executive Summary, References, and Appendices) double-spaced and should include the following sections: Cover Page Executive Summary Company Analysis that provides: Review of the history, development, and growth of the company over time. Identifies the company’s internal strengths and weaknesses. Explains the nature of the external environment surrounding the company. Provides a SWOT analysis. Discusses the corporate-level strategy that the company is currently pursuing. Explains the company’s business level strategy. Analyzes the company’s structure and control systems and how it effectively matches its strategy. Provides recommendations for the company moving forward (be sure to include implementation plans).
