X GYM is a new company that intends to offer gym services to clients from Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom early next year, 2023. The company will rely mainly on online marketing platforms to reach its customers in the targeted locations. Adequate research has been done to establish the untapped market opportunities for a gym in Jeddah the possible threats that can thwart the progress of the potential company, XGYM. The research has also outlined the new trends that have currently emerged in the fitness industry around the globe.

X GYM Company Overview

The company will first operationalize gymnastics' services for ladies aged 25 years and 35 years in Jeddah and later gym facilities for gents in Riyadh. The priority for establishing a female gym center was driven by their marketability in Saudi Arabia, postulated by their dominance compared to gents. Gym facilities in different targeted locations will be put up at an interval of about 8 months to avoid projects' stagnation and allow Return on Inventory (ROI) from the previously established gym centers.
