world. Vodafone Group predominantly throughout its history takes pride in
providing voice and data services to clients over mobile phones, thus, to beat
off competition, the group had to come up with a strategy that will ensure
dominance and profit maximization. One of the unique strategies adopted by
Vodafone Group is the data strategy; where the group targeted to provide
high-quality data at reasonable prices that were tailored to meet the
individual needs of the customers. Concerning Porter Five Forces Framework, the
competitiveness of the telecommunication industry can be analyzed thoroughly. The
competitiveness of Vodafone Group in this paper has been assessed through
Mintzberg 5 Ps of strategy (Porter, 1987). This model
contains diverse approaches that include: plan, ploy, pattern, position, and
perspective. In conclusion, Vodafone Group is one of the most dominant
telecommunication companies in the world. Therefore, it is prudent to mention
that this corporation is one of the most vital sectors that can ensure
