The corporation sells replacement parts, offers maintenance and repair services, organizes for related financing, but most importantly sells new and used trucks as well as cars. The firm has a workforce of over 15,000 people globally, allowing it to provide services across over 280 outlets with its output reaching over 300,000 units sold in 2018 (Group 1). Effective distribution of capital, operational competencies, associated revenue streams, decentralized operations, and brand diversity are approaches that make the company a success.
