Introduction.

The paradox of formation of the non-government organizations in most parts of the world has risen an alarm in business arena whether profit or service motives drive these organization. Somalia has been noted to be a heaven of such organizations. The United Nations, Western nations, and other foreign aid donors seek to work with locally identified groups in Somalia for security concerns in delivering their services and aid to the locals.

The springing of NGOs has been witnessed not only in Somalia but also in other countries. In America alone, over 2 million non-governmental organizations have been formed over a period of 30 years. Most of the NGOs formed are minnows while others are huge making over million dollars of income annually. Some of the NGOs formed are primarily for providing assistance to the locals, and others are campaigners for promoting their members' ideas.
