Senior Students Representative Manifesto

As a senior representative of King’s College, it will be my ultimate goal to ensure the students' voice is incorporated in decision-making in this college. My motivation is simple; we all know the commendable progress that our university has achieved over the last couple of years. I firmly believe in the collective work played by students, teachers, and other non-teaching staff. For that reason, this institution requires someone who can unite all the stakeholders for a common aim. That someone is me. Since the students are my focus, I will do anything within my power to ensure the will of the students is incorporated in the main agendas of this college. Once a famous Greek Philosopher, Aristotle, said “Excellence is never an accident. It is always the results of high intention, sincere efforts, and intelligent execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives; not chances that determine your destiny.” It is clear that we are presented with a broad range of opportunities in which we have to select a candidate from; let your choice be determined by execution of intelligence rather than chance.
