Self-Reflection Paper

At the beginning of the class, I admit that I felt shy looking at a web-cam to record myself. I remember when posting my Bio 1 Video, I record the video more than three time because I was not confident in myself. The main problem when this Communication Strategy Class started was that I did not feel conformable, and considering that I not a native speaker made my video recording process even more complicated. I think I have come to learn that courage and confidence are key in shaping out behavior around people, mainly during a one-on-one interaction with others.

My main challenge as a speaker way my inability to speak straight into the camera, and I key feeling uncomfortable. However, despite this initial challenge, I am most proud of improved eloquence and memory. I admit that when I did my firs video, I had to write down about myself and read almost word-to-work. I am proud that I did not have to read every word when making recent videos. I am very proud of this communication improvement because I can make better and professional presentations about myself....
