Introduction

Given the level of experience, I have gained, I believe that I have improved my personal and career development as a social worker. I trust that I have achieved success to a significant extent, making it necessary to assess the expert experiences that enable me to execute specific job descriptions and identify my suitability in dispensing social services. In this regard, a KSA (knowledge, skills, and abilities) tool will allow me to establish my professional competence as a social worker through determining my understanding of concepts, proficiencies gained through training as well as my innate capabilities.
