We often think of health in terms of the physical component; however, it is important to acknowledge all eight dimensions of wellness to find a solid balance in which we can thrive, succeed, and feel our very best! In your reflection, please address support systems and barriers in relation to these dimensions as well as how you can find balance among all 8 dimensions and which dimensions you have been ignoring. Along with your textbook, please include 2 additional scholarly resources to support your reflection using APA format. 35 year old female, married. Mother of 4 children, ages ranging from 16 to 4 years old. Currently children are doing remote learning, with the exception of 4 year old who goes daycare 5 days a week. Mother works and goes to school full-time. Husband is a long distance truck driver. Grandfather picks up 4 year old from daycare Monday through Thursday. Both parents are in great shapes and eat healthy. Provide a drama/stress free environment for selves and children even with hectic schedules. Live in a great neighborhood.
