Also address the importance of the well-being of adults on campus.Part 1: Equity and Inclusion: Review the data provided, specifically the charts that have been included in the pdf data files. Based on your observations of the data, what do you believe are the perceptions of equity and inclusion in the schools based on the teachers' responses? What do you believe are the perceptions of equity and inclusion in the schools based on the students' responses? Based on your degree program, respond to the following question using depth and detail. As a future school leader, instructional leader, curriculum specialist, teacher leader, technology leader, etc., what would you do to create a more equitable and inclusive culture in your school? As you respond to the question, use information from the data as well as at least three credible, peer-reviewed resources (journal articles preferred) that are no older than 5 years old.Part 2: What did you learn about the well-being of faculty and staff on your campus or on a school campus based on the data collected? What did you learn about the perceptions of teachers as it relates to teaching efficacy, self reflection, and testing? Compare and contrast the perceptions of faculty and staff as it relates to evaluation, feedback and coaching, and overall professional well-being.
