Scholarship thank you letter

Question 1

A number of class projects have significantly influenced my character since I joined my learning institution. However, the Mayor's award community service for the Girls Expecting More Success (G.E.M.S) greatly transformed my perception of learning and leadership. During the event, I was tasked with ensuring girls participating in the G.E.M.S were motivated and entertained through complimentary such as beauty services, entertainment, arts, and crafts. The events leading to the Mayor’s award influences my character since it was educational and I learned how to serve my community without expecting a payback. It also opened to an understanding about challenges faced by young girls in the contemporary world.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for sponsoring my learning program, and I will work hard to meet the Towson’s academic standards.
