specialized in consumer electronics. Since its inception, the company has
gained international recognition and acquired many affiliates making it very
competitive. According to Park & Gil (2006), communication industries
presents the most dynamic challenges that a company has to cope with in order
to survive fierce competition. For a company to remain relevant, therefore, it
has to invest heavily in innovation; coming up with new products that are
