Role of Faith and Spirituality

The primary role of faith and spirituality is that they enable me to have a positive inner attitude when dealing with difficulties. More often, I face challenges, either related to school, home, or life in general; having faith in such instances enables me to be strong and know that these problems will be there for a moment, and if I keep doing my best, I can celebrate. Secondly, having faith plays the role of reminding me of my primary purpose of being here on earth and what I need to do to help those close to me as well as strangers. Spirituality and faith always keep me on track of my life purpose, and all I ever dream of. Spiritually comes in me to create a focus that I need to establish faith in humanity and myself. Spirituality plays the role of interlinking with inner peace as I navigate life's challenges and relate well with others.

One of the mindfulness techniques I apply is that of thanksgiving. I cannot be grateful enough for the succusses I have accomplished in my life. From the time I was young, my life has been good, and I always feel the need to be Praful. I pray every morning...
