Step 1:  Using the data from the attached spreadsheet calculate the Occupancy Rate, The Average Daily Rate, and RevPar for each of the Atlantic City Casinos HOTELS for the 2nd Quarter of last year.   IMPORTANT: Use formulas for each item and copy the cells rather than using a calculator and typing in the numbers.   Step 2: Get creative and present some of the meaningful data as a chart.  These charts should be used to support your comments in Steps 3 and 4. Feel free to get creative and use other data or chart formats than what I used in the demonstration.  Step 3: Compare the Atlantic City Casinos to each other and comment on which ones are performing well and which ones are not.  Make any observations about the data that you have found to be interesting.   Step 4: Compare and Contrast AC results to the results of the "Upper Midscale Class" on the "STR Hotel Review June" that is attached to this assignment (Page 3).  Compare and Contrast AC results to the Philadelphia Market.
