Why do I want to be reinstated back into SJSU? Well the answer to that is simple. Yes, I have made mistakes I was scared and confused when I first attended SJSU and the thought of picking a permanent major that I have little interest in made it no better. It showed in my grades and unfortunately it showed in my attitude towards school and by the time I realized it was too late. Now most might cave in and give up but that was never an option for me and as crazy as it sounds me being disqualified from SJSU may have been the best thing to happen. The time spent finding myself and my interests I found what my true calling and passion for school again. The amazing part to that is it was something that has been apart of my entire life. My interests in journalism from watching sports highlights to reading story lines in magazines I discovered that journalism is what I truly have a passion to peruse in my life. I know second chances are hard to come by but I put in the work and did my best to make up for my early mistakes, so I ask you let me have that second chance to prove myself.
