Explain how it works in the CJ system and after prison and how it helps and affects prisoners within who arent getting out. Also not everything about rehabilitation positively affects prisonors within and on the outside. things like repeat offenders and prisoners who can't adapt to life after prison. what conflicts do they deal with and threats posed on the community around them.
