Reflection: “What Google Learned from Its Quest to Build the Perfect Team.”

Charles' article addresses an exciting topic about the need for 'fitting' in different professional and social groups and the repercussions such interactions may have on one's future career. This discussion makes me reflect on many interactions I have had with my peers at school and whether I have always been easy to work with or not.
