Description of the Problem

My current concern is that I have always been incapable of being a team player. In this milestone, I will highlight consequences of my shortcomings at my workplace, including having ineffective clarity in communication and possession of poor socialization skills. For these reasons, I want to change my ability to work as a team player by adopting qualities such as tolerance, respect, and honesty.
