(10 points) 2.2.Which ship is the best reference transaction (the closest comparable)? (5 points) 3. Descriptive Analysis: 3.1.What is the expected relationship between ship price and each factor – size, age and charter rate and what is the economic logic for each factor might affect ship value? 3.2.Using scatterplots of the different factors vs. price and say if what the data says agree with the expected relationships mentioned before. 4. Regression Analysis: 4.1.Which single factor is the best predictor of ship prices?
