A reflection gives you the opportunity to focus on your own learning. You can draw on personal experience to shape your writing. You are encouraged to explore your own ideas about this week's topics, rather than just summarize what you have learned. Writing a reflection requires analytical skills. How did what I learned this week affect me, have an impact on me, change me.
