Lady's ability to smoke two packets in a day indicates that she has been in the smoking habit for quite a long period. Her current age shows that she started living in the street at a very tender age, and thus she may not have had the opportunity to go through formal education, which could enable her to perform a formal job with a better pay. Most likely, the joining of the lady's street life is occasioned by being the lady's parents passed on when she was very young.
