Given details that one of the clients living in long-term care facility does not maintain close ties with other residents, I can establish a rapport by finding out what the client likes and use that as an opportunity to get closer to him. For example, even if the client is highly isolated from other residents, but is interested in some activities such are reading, I can bring some books and share with him.
