Choose a product that you are familiar with; this may be one that you use or work with every day. It does not need to be complicated.  Define the quality requirements for the product using some of the tools that you have been exposed to so far: Wheel of Quality, Template for Gathering Requirements, Quality Requirements Research Checklist, and other methods and tools.
