The article concentrates on the 'moral art' with a critical focus on exploring the aspects of educational leadership. In their research, Gold et al., (2003) present various arguments. First, it is pointed out that the school leaders should act as the role model to the students. With this, they should be driven by the moral, personal qualities, and education values that can enable them to articulate the learning environment and at the same time, promote the sense of institutional purpose. Secondly, the authors argue that leadership is a cross-cutting issue and all member of the organization should play a part in ensuring coherence and fructification of the corporate agenda of the organization. In this case, the employees should be change agents guided by the values and beliefs that are geared towards a common aim.
